Lead product vision and strategy for a diverse portfolio, driving innovation and customer experience. This role involves shaping the future of our product offerings and making significant company-wide decisions within the product domain. You will also be responsible for identifying emerging business and technology trends, developing proactive strategies, and securing buy-in from senior executives to ensure successful adoption.

Define product vision, identify opportunities, and build compelling customer-facing products that elevate user experience. Own and execute the product roadmap, guiding engineering teams to successful delivery. Collaborate closely with UX, data science, BI, engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and operations teams. Enhance data instrumentation and analytics across the product line, focusing on customer insights and system performance.

Monitor and strategize around emerging business and technology trends. Secure approval and drive adoption of new initiatives with senior leadership.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical product management, covering the entire product lifecycle. Proven ability to own and drive roadmap strategy, prioritization, and complex trade-off decisions. Demonstrated success in championing innovative and ambitious product visions. Contribute to technical discussions, including architectural concepts and strategic decisions. Experience working within agile frameworks and participating in scrum teams is essential.

Possess strong product delivery skills, balancing business objectives with technical considerations. Thrive in ambiguous environments, making high-impact decisions with limited data. Effectively influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders (VP, C-level) without direct authority. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, applied math, data science, operations research, or a related field is required. An MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
