Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a diverse product portfolio. You will guide and develop a high-performing team to achieve significant results within your product domain. A deep understanding of the industry landscape and emerging trends is essential, as you may influence company-wide strategic decisions.

This role involves monitoring business and technology advancements, formulating corresponding strategies, securing buy-in from senior executives (VP, C-level), and driving successful adoption of new initiatives.

Define the overarching product vision, identify key opportunities, and develop innovative customer-facing products that enhance user experience.

Take ownership of the product roadmap, providing clear direction to engineering teams for successful delivery.

Foster collaboration with internal teams including UX, data science, BI, engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and operations.

Improve the quality of data instrumentation and analytics across the product line, focusing on customer insights and system performance.

Stay abreast of emerging business and technology trends, develop strategic plans, gain support from senior leadership, and ensure widespread adoption of new strategies.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical product management, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from inception to launch.

Proven ability to own and drive roadmap strategy, manage prioritization effectively, and make complex trade-offs.

Demonstrated success in building consensus and support for innovative and ambitious product visions.

Experience contributing to technical discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.

Capacity to understand, discuss, and critically evaluate architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical teams.

Experience working within agile frameworks and actively participating in or leading scrum teams.

Proficiency in product delivery, adept at balancing business objectives with technical considerations.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and make high-impact decisions with incomplete information.

Skill in influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Experience effectively engaging and influencing senior leaders at the VP and C-level.

A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, applied mathematics, data science, operations research, or a related field is required. An MBA or a Master's degree is preferred.
