Leverage deep technical and domain expertise, coupled with strong leadership, to align delivery capabilities with evolving client needs and business objectives. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our client engagements and driving innovation within the Applications portfolio.

Oversee the timely and high-quality delivery of diverse projects, including development, support, and application management. Govern delivery across various technologies, from custom applications to cloud-native platforms, and champion automation adoption to minimize client escalations. Partner with clients to craft strategic delivery plans, ensuring high satisfaction through transparent communication and proactive engagement.

Manage and mentor delivery teams, ensuring effective prioritization and governance. Oversee the entire application lifecycle, from design and build through to operation and support. Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and stability.

A seasoned professional with over 10 years in IT application delivery, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity managing application portfolios. You should possess hands-on experience in delivering large-scale application services across multiple technology stacks and have a proven track record of managing and scaling geographically distributed teams.

An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT is essential, with a postgraduate degree in Management or Technology (MBA/M.Tech) being advantageous. Proficiency in delivery governance, KPI monitoring, and Agile/DevOps methodologies is expected. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Git, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms is crucial for success in this role.
