Lead and mentor a team of skilled data engineers, fostering their professional growth through hiring, coaching, and development.

Provide in-depth technical guidance, supporting the team in navigating complex projects with intricate dependencies and multiple stakeholders.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with 6-8 years of individual contributor experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering is essential.

Demonstrate at least 4 years of experience in managing data or related software teams, with a proven track record of leading large, complex projects.

Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain crucial cross-team and cross-functional relationships for team success.

Possess industry experience with large-scale, high-performance data processing systems (both batch and streaming), embracing a "Streaming First" philosophy to drive business growth and enhance product experiences.

Showcase exceptional people management skills and experience leading agile data or software teams, with a passion for talent development and maximizing potential.

Demonstrate a commitment to driving technical excellence, innovation, and quality in all aspects of work.

Experience with public cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, S3, Databricks, Spark/Spark-Streaming, and Databricks is expected.
