Plan and oversee all audit activities, including comprehensive risk assessments, detailed process walkthroughs, and thorough control evaluations.

Ensure high-quality audit documentation and deliverables by reviewing the work of junior team members.

Identify critical business risks, pinpoint control weaknesses, and propose actionable process improvement opportunities.

Prepare and present clear audit reports, executive summaries, and management presentations.

Effectively communicate audit observations, recommendations, and remediation plans to client management.

We are seeking candidates who are Semi-Qualified CA with 1-2 years of dedicated experience in Internal Audit, Process Audit, or Risk & Controls. A robust understanding of business processes, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks is essential.

Proven ability to lead audit workstreams and manage client interactions independently is expected. Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent stakeholder management, report writing, and presentation capabilities, are required. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and audit documentation tools is a must.
