As an Executive, you will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

- Gaining proficiency with tax technology tools, Deloitte's internal systems, and standard operating procedures. - Effectively communicating requirements and identifying missing information for task completion. - Ensuring clear understanding and communication of client service team expectations to senior colleagues. - Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regular software application testing, coordinating with developers for issue resolution. - Documenting test plans, test cases, and testing procedures in alignment with project timelines. - Conducting Proof of Concept (POC) for technology tools and managing client information requests. - Assisting with internal risk formalities and preparing proposals and engagement letters. - Contributing to process improvement initiatives for enhanced software application quality. - Maintaining real-time cost trackers and diligently recording ticket information. - Adhering to process-oriented activities and prescribed steps for increased efficiency.

We are seeking a dedicated Executive with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Indirect Taxation. A graduate degree or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant is required.
