The Talent team plays a crucial role in partnering with business leaders to provide strategic HR advice and implement impactful talent solutions. This includes areas like Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and HR Operations, all aimed at creating an exceptional employee experience.

Serve as a key member of the Talent team, supporting diverse HR functions including stakeholder management, employee engagement, and operational excellence for 400-600 employees. Key responsibilities involve managing HR processes, coaching business leaders and counselors, and implementing new HR policies. You will also contribute to talent management by streamlining performance reviews, conducting retention conversations, and supporting new joiner integration.

A Master's degree or HR certification is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience. Essential skills include strong HR Business Partnering capabilities, stakeholder management, employee engagement expertise, and a solid understanding of HR compliance and employment legislation.
