You will partner with business leaders to enhance employee experiences and bring our employer value proposition to life. The team encompasses various HR functions, including Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and HR Operations, leveraging global strengths to meet evolving business needs.

As an integral part of the Talent team, you will manage HR processes for 400-600 employees. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, coaching counselors, and supporting HR strategy implementation. You will also drive employee engagement initiatives, streamline performance reviews, conduct retention conversations, and ensure operational excellence and compliance with employment laws. Additionally, you will contribute to location-specific events and process automation efforts.

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, possessing a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Essential skills include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. A solid knowledge of employment legislation and proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite are required. A Master's degree or HR certification is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
