The Talent team collaborates across functions and service lines to build impactful strategies and support our business leaders with expert talent advice. As an Executive in the Talent team, you will play a crucial role in HR operations for a group of 400-600 employees. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, coaching on people matters, and contributing to HR initiatives. You will champion employee advocacy and engagement by assisting with policy implementation and designing engagement plans.

Furthermore, you will streamline talent management processes, including performance reviews and retention conversations, while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with employment laws. This role also involves active participation in company events, advising on social media strategies, and contributing to process automation efforts for enhanced HR efficiency.

To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar capacity, coupled with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Essential skills include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adeptness in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, and a solid grasp of employment legislation.

Candidates should be proficient in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite. A Master's degree or an HR certification is preferred. We are seeking individuals who can work collaboratively, adopt a practical problem-solving approach, and demonstrate agility, curiosity, and creativity in their work.
