This role within the Talent team focuses on building strategic solutions that enhance our employer value proposition and support business strategy. We partner with leaders to offer strategic talent advice and implement best practices.

Serve as a key player in the Talent team, supporting HR functions including stakeholder management, employee advocacy, talent management, and operational excellence.

Manage HR processes for a group of 400-600 employees, enhancing employee experience and aligning HR strategies with company goals.

Key responsibilities include: - Stakeholder Management: Build employee networks, coach counselors, and contribute to reviews. - Employee Advocacy & Engagement: Implement new HR policies, support engagement plan design, advocate for well-being, and conduct FGDs. - Talent Management: Streamline performance reviews, conduct retention conversations, assist with underperformance, and support new joiner integration. - Operational Excellence: Handle HR processes for a defined employee group, maintain high HR standards, address queries, and ensure compliance.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar HR role. - A strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations. - Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or HR certification, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, specifically 4+ years in HR Operations.
