This role involves contributing to Talent Attraction and Acquisition within our Talent team, empowering you with a sense of purpose and valuable career experiences. The team collaborates across functions to develop strategic solutions supporting our employer value proposition (EVP).

Drive strategic talent advice by partnering effectively with business leaders, leveraging solutions and best practices. Enable the business, foster local employee engagement, and bring our strategy and EVP to life. The team encompasses workstreams such as Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and Benefits, and enabling functions like HR Systems, Operations, and People Data Reporting and Analytics.

Leverage global strengths and scalability to manage HR-related technology, projects, and processes, adapting to evolving business requirements. Ensure an exceptional and lasting EY experience for all employees.

Demonstrate strong expertise in sourcing and screening candidates, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Possess proficiency in recruitment planning, coordination, negotiation, and relationship building. Competency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and various recruitment portals is essential. The ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions concurrently is key.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Applications, Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Applications, or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition is necessary.
