You will be instrumental in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to coordination and successful closure of positions. Cultivate robust talent pipelines by leveraging diverse sourcing channels and effectively manage stakeholders to align hiring needs and expectations.

Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking using Excel. Support hiring operations with precision, process adherence, and timely execution of all recruitment workflows to ensure an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Candidates must possess proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing roles. A strong ability to build quality talent pipelines through various channels is essential.

Demonstrated skill in stakeholder management to align hiring needs and process expectations. Proficiency in using Excel for recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking is required. A practical, problem-solving approach, coupled with agility, curiosity, and creativity, is highly valued.
