This position focuses on HR Operations within the CBS - TAL - Enablement function, contributing to strategic talent solutions and employer value proposition at EY. The team collaborates with business leaders to offer strategic talent advice and implement best practices.

Take ownership of end-to-end HRBP processes, including appraisals, promotions, talent management, and employee engagement.

Utilize advanced Excel skills for MIS reporting, analytics, workforce planning, and operational tracking. Possess strong stakeholder management abilities to influence Partners and business leaders.

Develop actionable insights from people pulse, floor feedback, and people analytics. Working knowledge of Power BI and Amber for dashboarding and talent insights is advantageous.

Drive strategic people initiatives and location-level HR initiatives aligned with business priorities. Demonstrate strong communication and conflict management skills, with a preference for local candidates from Chennai.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations is essential.

Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
