Spearhead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, driving strategy and program management to create a positive impact.

This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive social responsibility plan, proposing innovative programs, and evaluating their effectiveness against industry benchmarks.

You will be instrumental in ensuring Birlasoft maintains a leading CSR program, managing budgets, and fostering sustainable and ethical practices.

- Develop and implement the company's social responsibility plan and strategy. - Propose new CSR programs and initiatives to key business leaders. - Evaluate CSR initiatives against industry standards and analyze results. - Assist in the development and recommendation of the CSR budget. - Ensure a positive impact on local communities and the environment. - Monitor, develop, analyze, and evaluate the impact, resource requirements, and cost/benefit of new programs. - Meet annual CSR compliance and report regularly to stakeholders. - Conduct research into best practices and align social and economic responsibilities. - Develop policies relating to ethical, sustainable, and environmental responsibilities.

- Manage stakeholder relationships and raise public awareness of CSR commitments. - Create partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups. - Encourage links between the company and charitable groups. - Report on social responsibility activity to senior management and the Board. - Collaborate with internal departments to enhance programs, metrics, and communications. - Manage volunteers, community partners, interns, and external vendors. - Ensure consistent messaging across business units and corporate communications. - Write and promote CSR programs and activities via internal and external channels. - Develop communication strategies for CSR initiatives to all audiences. - Plan and organize events to engage employees in CSR programs. - Identify and cultivate relationships with global company peers in CSR. - Perform all other related duties as assigned.
