As an Executive in Transaction Services, you will cultivate strong client relationships and contribute to exceeding expectations. Key responsibilities include:

- Gaining a deep understanding of target businesses and their driving factors. - Evaluating data accuracy and reasonableness, collaborating with clients and third parties to resolve discrepancies. - Conducting thorough financial analysis to draw conclusions and identify critical issues. - Interpreting and analyzing publicly available information about target businesses. - Producing high-quality deliverables, including Excel and PowerPoint documents, within stipulated deadlines. - Proactively identifying and reporting key issues to management. - Engaging with diverse deals, including large cross-border transactions across various industries. - Establishing credibility as a representative of Deloitte Transaction Services. - Supporting proposal development and business development initiatives.

We are seeking individuals with a strong academic background and a passion for financial due diligence. Essential qualifications include:

- Any Graduation or Post Graduation Degree, CA Inter, CFA, or a similar qualification with a solid academic record. - 0-1 year of relevant post-qualification work experience. - Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel for processing and analyzing large datasets. - Strong commercial acumen and market awareness. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

While not mandatory, experience in audit or transaction advisory, along with knowledge of Indian GAAP and IFRS, would be advantageous. This role requires frequent travel to client locations, and our default working model is hybrid, with customized approaches across domains.
