Join our Business Process Solutions team as a Senior Executive specializing in Finance Operations, covering critical areas like Financial Accounting, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash. As a Senior Executive in the BPS Tax team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of executives in maintaining books of account using accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or MS Navision. You will independently manage client relationships, develop sound business partnerships, and support business development efforts. Your duties will include preparing financial statements and audit schedules adhering to India GAAP, liaising with auditors, banks, and clients, and handling the preparation and e-filing of VAT/Service Tax and TDS returns. Additionally, you will manage payroll processing and identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and implement relevant controls.

We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in MS NAV, Tally, or SAP. Essential skills include proficiency in preparing financial statements and audit schedules according to India GAAP, and experience with VAT, Service Tax, and TDS returns. Strong oral and written communication skills are vital, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines. Maintaining office ethics and confidentiality is paramount. A background in Financial Accounting, Procure to Pay, or Order to Cash processes is highly desirable.
