Join our Forensic and Financial Crime Team as an Assistant Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional advisory and support services to Deloitte member firms worldwide. You will support Deloitte member firms in eDiscovery and Forensic Technology practices, manage complex data processing and review workflows using various ESI discovery platforms, and perform rigorous quality checks. Key responsibilities include designing and executing review protocols, managing review teams, optimizing review efficiency with advanced AI tools, and planning document productions according to client specifications.

This role involves leading review teams, monitoring progress and quality metrics, and handling escalations related to legal issues. You will also assist with client proposals, project management tasks, and marketing strategy development. The position requires working effectively under tight deadlines and potentially extended hours to meet client needs.

We are seeking candidates with a technical degree (e.g., Computer Science) and over 3 years of experience in eDiscovery, though additional experience is preferred. Strong proficiency in data processing technologies such as Relativity and Nuix is essential, along with experience in designing and implementing review protocols.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must, particularly in client-facing situations. Experience with document production processes and quality control checks is required. Familiarity with basic PC functions, Windows environments, and scripting languages like SQL, VBA, and Python is advantageous. Knowledge of forensic procedures and tools like EnCase and FTK will be beneficial.
