Spearhead end-to-end ERP transformation engagements, providing executive governance and strategic leadership. Drive large-scale global implementations, focusing on solution architecture, risk management, and delivery excellence. Lead pre-sales activities, proposal development, solutioning, and account growth initiatives. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing ERP consulting teams, including architects, developers, and consultants, fostering their professional development.

A bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, MCA, Software Engineering, or a related field is required, with advanced degrees being a significant advantage. A minimum of 18 years of IT experience is essential, including over 12 years specifically within the Microsoft ecosystem. Proven expertise in leading and delivering complex Dynamics 365 projects is critical, alongside strong client and stakeholder management capabilities.
