This role is part of the National Business Consulting team, specializing in Risk, Projects, and Operations within EY Consulting, which focuses on transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation to drive long-term client value by solving strategic challenges.

Support and drive quality and risk management initiatives across various consulting engagements. Conduct thorough reviews to identify compliance risks in line with firm policies and guidance. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement remediation strategies and enhance operational effectiveness. This involves leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail within a risk and controls framework.

Possess 2-4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field is required. Prior exposure to process reviews, controls assessment, compliance, or governance activities is beneficial. Experience in a consulting or GCC environment is an added advantage. Essential skills include proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
