The opportunity is for an Executive in National Business Consulting Risk, within the CBS - RM - Proj & Operations team based in Gurgaon. This national role involves working across various sectors, providing a well-rounded experience. EY Consulting drives long-term client value by transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation, addressing their most strategic challenges. Our focus is on helping clients identify and manage risks to ensure their future business strategy and objectives are met.

As part of the Consulting SL Quality team, you will manage compliance and risk management initiatives for EY's consulting engagements. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with quality operations by reviewing engagement setups for compliance with firm policies and tracking consolidated status for allocated partners/SMUs, leveraging contract reading experience. - Connecting with assigned professionals monthly to discuss and track progress on Quality KPIs. - Providing timely consultations and support to client-serving professionals, actioning responses to queries, and escalating compliance issues for review and remediation. - Maintaining consolidated updates for all activities and assisting with ad-hoc job functions as needed. - Ensuring timely escalation of issues to maintain adherence to timelines and highlight critical concerns.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Graduate or Post Graduate qualification. - A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. - The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - A practical, problem-solving approach with the capacity to deliver insightful and actionable solutions. - An agile, curious, mindful, and adaptable mindset with a creative approach to challenges. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong professional attributes such as a consulting mindset, logical clarity, effective communication, teamwork, and work planning skills.
