As an Assurance Executive, your responsibilities will include conducting operational, financial, and process reviews, including systems and controls appraisal. You will identify accounting and auditing issues, collaborating with the audit in-charge to resolve them.

Key duties involve performing substantive testing according to the Assurance plan, documenting all work meticulously, and identifying improvements in control systems and procedures. You will present clear audit reports with key recommendations to management and assist in preparing statutory books of accounts, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.

Additionally, you will support seniors in reviewing financial statements and preparing management comment and representation letters.

To excel in this role, you must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Assurance and accounting standards is essential, along with prior experience in statutory audit assignments.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple assignments and manage ambiguity effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, characterized by clarity, assertiveness, logic, and conciseness. Good presentation skills and the ability to respond promptly are also important.
