Manage and execute FAAS projects, developing innovative solutions for clients. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while effectively managing client accounts. Clearly articulate complex accounting and financial reporting issues in a simple, understandable manner. Cultivate an advisory mindset to develop client solutions with support from technical experts.

Key responsibilities include providing specific financial reporting experience in areas such as transactions (acquisitions, carve-outs, demergers), IPO preparation, complex multinational consolidations, tax planning, and delivering technical training. You will also address specific financial reporting topics like revenue recognition, financial instruments, and consolidation.

We seek a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (CPA, ICAEW, ACCA) with a strong academic record, ideally passing professional exams on the first or second attempt. Possess robust IGAAP, IFRS, and/or US GAAP financial reporting experience, preferably within audit, advisory, transaction services, or a corporate finance/M&A environment.

Demonstrate 1-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Possess excellent communication skills, the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply, and an advisory mindset to develop client-centric solutions. Strong project management capabilities are essential. Business development aptitude is also valued, with a significant track record expected for senior roles.
