As a key member of our FAAS team, you will manage and execute advisory projects, developing innovative solutions for clients. Your responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and translating complex accounting and financial reporting issues into clear, actionable insights. You will leverage your advisory mindset to create client solutions, supported by technical subject matter experts. A significant aspect of this role involves specific financial reporting experience in areas such as transactions (acquisitions, demergers), IPO preparation, complex consolidation structures in MNCs, tax planning, and specialized financial topics like revenue recognition, financial instruments, and insurance accounting. Regular client engagement will require travel.

To excel in this role, you must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or hold an equivalent certification such as CPA, ICAEW, or ACCA, with a strong academic record including first or second-time passes. We seek candidates with substantial experience (1-3 years post-qualification) in IGAAP, IFRS, and/or US GAAP financial reporting, preferably within audit, advisory, transaction services, or multinational finance/M&A environments. The ability to simplify complex financial concepts and demonstrate an advisory approach is crucial. Strong project management and excellent communication skills are essential. While business development aptitude is beneficial, a proven track record is expected for senior-level applicants. Experience in specific financial reporting areas like transactions, IPOs, consolidations, tax planning, or specialized topics is highly desirable.
