We are seeking a talented Executive in Assurance, specifically within the FAAS - Financial & Accounting Advisory Services division, based in Mumbai. This role is part of our National Assurance team, working across diverse industries to provide a well-rounded experience.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with requisite audit standards, providing robust perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in IGAAP and/or IFRS and/or US GAAP financial reporting for complex/large companies, likely within audit, advisory, or transaction verticals, or MNC finance/M&A environments.

Further duties involve applying an advisory mindset to develop client solutions with subject matter expert support, and contributing to business development efforts. Specific experience in areas like transactions, IPO preparation, complex consolidations, tax planning, or technical training delivery is highly valued. Strong project management and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

To be successful in this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant (or equivalent such as CPA/ICAEW/ACCA) with a strong academic record and good passing times.

You should possess 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, demonstrating strong financial reporting expertise in complex companies. An ability to simplify complex accounting and financial reporting issues is crucial. We are looking for individuals with an advisory mindset, business development aptitude, and strong project management capabilities.
