As an Audit Executive, you will conduct comprehensive operational, financial, and systems audits. Your duties will include identifying accounting and auditing issues, and collaborating with the audit in-charge to resolve them effectively. You will perform substantive testing, document all work meticulously, and identify opportunities for enhancing control systems and procedures. Presenting audit findings and recommendations clearly to management, and maintaining statutory books of accounts, reconciling accounts, and finalizing financial statements are also key responsibilities. You will support senior team members in reviewing financial statements and preparing audit reports, management letters, and representation letters.

To excel in this role, a qualification as a Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of relevant experience is essential. You must possess a strong understanding of auditing and accounting standards, and ideally, have prior experience with statutory audit assignments. The ability to manage multiple assignments effectively, prioritize tasks, and navigate ambiguity is crucial. Strong verbal and written communication skills, clarity of thought, and assertiveness are highly valued. You should be adept at presenting information clearly, responding promptly, and working collaboratively as a team player with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
