We assist clients by ensuring their accounts adhere to rigorous audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering essential information to stakeholders. Our service portfolio includes External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversions, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury services like IFRS 9 implementation.

As an Executive in FAAS, you will be instrumental in delivering technical excellence. This involves applying strong IGAAP, IFRS, and/or US GAAP financial reporting expertise to complex, large-scale entities, ideally within audit, advisory, transaction verticals, or MNC finance/M&A settings. You'll explain intricate accounting and financial reporting issues clearly, develop practical client solutions with support from subject matter experts, and contribute to business development. Specific experience in transactions, IPO preparation, complex consolidations, tax planning, technical training, or specialized financial reporting topics like revenue recognition or financial instruments is highly valued. Strong project management and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

To excel in this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience. A strong academic record, including first or second-time passes with ICAI or equivalent, is preferred. We seek individuals with robust experience in complex financial reporting across IGAAP, IFRS, or US GAAP, ideally within large corporations or MNCs. An advisory mindset, the ability to develop insightful solutions, and strong project management capabilities are key. Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills and, for more senior levels, a proven track record in business development. Experience in backend development for 3+ years is also a requirement for this position.
