Join our Assurance team in Mumbai as an Executive, specializing in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS). This role is part of our National ASU team, offering cross-industry experience. You will be instrumental in ensuring clients' accounts comply with rigorous audit standards, offering robust and clear perspectives to audit committees, and providing critical financial information to stakeholders. Your role involves delving into technical excellence, managing projects efficiently, and applying your strong IGAAP, IFRS, and/or US GAAP financial reporting expertise within complex corporate environments.

Key responsibilities include advising on transactions, IPO preparations, complex consolidation structures, and specific financial reporting topics such as revenue recognition and financial instruments. You will also contribute to business development, depending on your experience level.

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (CPA, ICAEW, ACCA) with 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience. A strong academic record and proven experience in IGAAP and/or IFRS and/or US GAAP financial reporting for large, complex companies are essential.

Ideal candidates possess an advisory mindset, excellent communication skills, and project management capabilities. Experience in transactions, IPOs, complex consolidations, or specific financial reporting areas is highly valued.
