Execute operational, financial, process, and systems audits to evaluate activities, systems, and controls. Identify and resolve accounting and auditing issues, documenting all work performed according to the audit plan. Propose improvements to control systems and procedures, presenting clear audit reports with key recommendations. Prepare and maintain statutory books of accounts, perform reconciliations, and finalize accounts. Assist in reviewing financial statements and drafting audit reports and related management correspondence.

A qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of relevant experience is essential for this role. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of auditing and accounting standards, with prior experience in statutory audits. You should be adept at managing multiple assignments, prioritizing tasks, and navigating ambiguity. Excellent verbal and written communication, coupled with strong presentation skills, are crucial. A clear thought process, assertiveness, and a proactive, results-oriented approach are highly valued. The ability to work collaboratively, solve complex problems, and meet deadlines is expected.
