This role is part of our National Assurance team, focusing on Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) within our Assurance practice, based in Gurgaon.

Key responsibilities involve managing the end-to-end execution of IPOs, including supervising document preparation (DRHP/RHP), conducting due diligence, and ensuring successful IPO closure. You will coordinate closely with clients and the EY team on regulatory compliance, liaise with intermediaries like BRLMs and Legal Counsels, and contribute to business development through early lead generation and client engagement. Risk management, compliance with legal disclosure requirements, and client management, including third parties, are also crucial. You will assist clients with post-issue formalities and spearhead recommendations on regulatory changes to the EY team, while also imparting product knowledge to subordinates and peers.

To be considered for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
