This role within the Assurance practice focuses on transforming financial and accounting processes. We help clients by ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders through various service offerings like External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, and IPO support.

Drive transformation in record-to-report areas using deep techno-functional knowledge, acting as a transformation lead rather than a project manager. This involves leveraging expertise in leading ERP solutions such as SAP FI/CO, SAP BPC, SAP Group Reporting, and Oracle Fusion Financials.

Provide subject matter expertise and lead teams in transforming key processes including revenue recognition, accruals, intercompany reconciliation, manual journal entries, asset accounting, and chart of accounts.

Utilize techno-functional knowledge of ERP platforms and AI-based technologies, with a focus on designing AI solutions for record-to-report functions. Deep understanding of consolidation processes and tools like SAP Group Reporting or Oracle FCCS is essential.

Lead delivery teams on large projects, develop client-specific solutions, and contribute to proposal building and business development efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally and lead training sessions to enhance internal capabilities.

Directly manage teams, develop talent through coaching and motivation, and conduct career conversations to foster engagement.

A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant consulting experience in record-to-report transformation is required. Industry user experience is not considered for this role.

Possess deep knowledge in Record to Report, Invoice to Pay, and Order to Cash areas, along with certification or sound experience in ERPs like SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO/COPA, SAP Central Finance, Oracle Fusion Finance, or Oracle Netsuite.

Demonstrate knowledge of digital finance solutions (e.g., Blackline, Trintech, High Radius) and AI/ML/Gen-AI/Analytics in the finance space. Strong business development, solution conceptualization, and project management skills are crucial.

Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to comprehend complexity quickly and work comfortably with ambiguity. A flexible work attitude and willingness to travel are also essential.
