The National Assurance team works across industries, offering a well-rounded experience. Within the ASU - FAAS - Financial & Accounting Advisory Services division, we inspire confidence and trust to enable a complex world to function.

We support clients by ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings encompass External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury accounting.

Manage and execute FAAS projects, developing and implementing effective solutions. Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage client accounts.

Coach junior team members, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning. Collaborate with other EY service lines on integrated, multi-disciplinary projects.

Contribute to thought leadership and actively participate in marketing initiatives. Regular travel is expected to meet with key clients, many of whom are leaders in their respective fields.

A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (e.g., CPA, ICAEW, ACCA) is essential, with a strong academic record (first or second-time passes).

Demonstrate robust experience in IGAAP and/or IFRS and/or US GAAP financial reporting for complex, large companies, ideally within audit, advisory, transaction verticals, or MNC finance/M&A.

Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience. You should have the ability to simplify complex accounting and financial reporting issues, coupled with an advisory mindset to develop client solutions with subject matter expert support.

Skills in business development are valued, with a strong track record expected for senior roles. Specific financial reporting experience in areas such as transactions, IPO preparation, complex consolidations, tax planning, or technical training delivery is advantageous. Excellent communication skills are a must.
