This Executive role within National Assurance's FAAS team in Bangalore is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic sector-agnostic team. You'll gain well-rounded experience across various industries while supporting Assurance's mission to inspire confidence and trust in a complex world.

Manage the end-to-end execution of IPOs, including supervising document preparation for DRHP/RHP, due diligence, and successful closure.

Coordinate closely with clients and the EY team to ensure regulatory compliance and manage relationships with intermediaries like BRLMs and Legal Counsels.

Assist in business development by identifying early leads and fostering client engagement. Ensure adherence to risk management and disclosure requirements.

Play a lead role in client and third-party management, support post-issue formalities, and spearhead recommendations on regulatory changes to team members. Impart product knowledge to subordinates and peers.

To excel in this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with at least one year of relevant experience.
