Execute operational, financial, process, and systems audits to evaluate activities, systems, and controls.

Identify and resolve accounting and auditing issues in collaboration with the audit in-charge.

Perform substantive testing as per the audit plan and meticulously document all work.

Propose enhancements to control systems and procedures.

Present clear audit reports, emphasizing key recommendations to management.

Prepare and maintain statutory books, manage audit processes, reconcile accounts, and finalize financial statements.

Assist seniors in reviewing financial statements and preparing audit reports, management letters, and representation letters.

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of experience.

Possess strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards. Prior experience in statutory audit assignments is essential.

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and navigate ambiguity.

Exhibit strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with clarity of thought and assertiveness.

Be a proactive team player with a results-oriented approach and the ability to meet deadlines.

Ideally, you will have excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills, alongside flexibility, adaptability, and creativity. Comfort interacting with senior executives and strong leadership capabilities are also beneficial.
