Join our Assurance Services team in Mumbai as an Assurance Executive. This role is crucial for conducting comprehensive operational, financial, process, and systems audits. You will play a key part in reviewing and appraising organizational activities, systems, and controls, contributing directly to the integrity and efficiency of our clients' operations.

Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving accounting and assurance issues in collaboration with the Assurance in-charge. You will perform detailed substantive testing of assets as per the assurance plan, meticulously documenting all work. Identifying opportunities for improvement in control systems and procedures is also a vital part of this role. Presenting clear assurance reports with key management recommendations and preparing/maintaining books of accounts, reconciliations, and finalizations are expected duties. Assisting seniors in reviewing financial statements and preparing management correspondence will also be part of your remit.

We are seeking candidates with a strong command of Assurance and accounting standards, ideally with prior experience in handling assurance assignments. The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and navigate ambiguity is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication, clear thinking, and assertiveness are highly valued. You should possess strong presentation skills, the capacity to respond promptly, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
