In this role, you will be integral to the verification process, handling tasks such as accurate data entry into our verification database. You will meticulously review and verify essential documents, including educational certificates and employment histories. Effective communication with candidates, institutions, and former employers is key to gathering necessary information.

Your duties will also include performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness before report finalization. You'll compile and generate verification reports, ensuring all processes adhere strictly to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Identifying and escalating discrepancies, along with maintaining strict confidentiality of candidate information, are also crucial aspects of this position.

We are looking for candidates with a graduate degree. While no prior experience is mandatory, having a background in background verification, customer service, or data entry is advantageous.

Essential skills include proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You must possess strong written and spoken English skills, enabling you to create formal business reports and presentations. The ability to solve problems proactively and a keen eye for detail are highly valued. This position requires working in rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work from the office or client locations as needed.
