As an Associate Risk Management Analyst, you will advance your risk management expertise. This role involves enhanced responsibilities in managing risk tools, performing complex client and engagement acceptance tasks, and actively contributing to process improvements. You will also guide junior team members and deliver in-depth analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities include managing intricate risk management tools, leading system implementations and updates, and ensuring data integrity through regular audits.

You will conduct detailed reviews of client and engagement documentation to identify and assess risks, while also assisting in refining acceptance processes for greater efficiency and compliance.

Additional duties involve liaising with onshore teams, preparing complex risk management reports, supporting compliance frameworks and internal audits, and serving as a point of contact for complex queries. You will also contribute to process enhancements, participate in cross-functional projects, and stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.

To succeed in this role, a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, risk management, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in risk management, finance, or a similar domain.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential, alongside strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with risk management tools and systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are also crucial.
