Lead the EW FS Tax campaigns and events portfolio, establishing robust governance and prioritizing activities. Drive portfolio planning, resource allocation, and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams. Provide clear reporting on progress, performance, and risks to leadership, ensuring informed decision-making. Embed rigorous program management disciplines and oversee budget utilization, performance metrics, and ROI. Act as a trusted advisor, influencing stakeholders to secure agreement on priorities and business outcomes. Oversee end-to-end campaign and event delivery, fostering continuous improvement and scaling best practices.

Requires substantial experience in leading campaigns, events, or strategic initiatives within professional services or a corporate setting. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver results across diverse functions and geographies is essential. Deep expertise in program planning, portfolio governance, executive reporting, and performance management is expected. Demonstrated accountability for budgets, resources, timelines, and risk management is crucial. Outstanding presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, including experience engaging senior leadership, are necessary.
