This position requires a senior integrator to establish clear governance and drive disciplined delivery across a complex matrix. You will enhance transparency in investment and performance, enabling informed decision-making to maximize market impact and return on investment.

Oversee and refine the governance framework for campaigns and events. Manage an integrated regional portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and milestone tracking. Provide leadership with clear progress updates, risk assessments, and decision support. Implement rigorous program management disciplines and reporting standards for executive dashboards, budget utilization, and pipeline impact.

Act as a trusted advisor to Tax leadership and other key stakeholders. Foster alignment across countries and the region, promoting best practices and efficiency. Influence senior leaders to secure agreement on priorities, investments, and intended business outcomes. Provide senior oversight for the end-to-end execution of campaigns and events. Monitor campaign and event budgets, ensuring resources align with strategic priorities. Define and track performance metrics, linking activity to business outcomes.

Requires substantial experience in leading campaigns, events, or strategic initiatives within professional services or a corporate setting. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver results across diverse functions, geographies, and organizational levels is essential.
