Lead and manage comprehensive End-User Computing services, encompassing desktop, laptop, mobile device, and workstation lifecycle management. Drive Service Desk operations to ensure exceptional user satisfaction, strict SLA adherence, and efficient incident resolution.
Oversee cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, managing cloud operations, spearheading migration initiatives, optimizing performance, and ensuring robust governance. Enhance cybersecurity operations through proactive vulnerability management, effective risk mitigation, compliance assurance, and swift incident response.
A seasoned IT professional with over 10 years of experience in IT Operations, demonstrating deep expertise across EUC, Service Desk, Cloud Technologies, and Cybersecurity. Proven leadership capabilities are essential, with a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams focused on service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Hands-on proficiency with essential tools and platforms such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Citrix, VMware, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, GCP, and various cybersecurity tools/frameworks is required. A solid understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management, is crucial.
Experience in cloud infrastructure management, cloud migration strategies, and managing hybrid environments is expected, alongside a focus on cost optimization and effective vendor management. A good grasp of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001, including conducting risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response, is also a key requirement.
