Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Transact Supplier Management. This role is crucial in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation within our enterprise technology landscape. You will play a key part in enhancing supplier relationships and performance, contributing directly to long-term growth and operational efficiency.

This role involves supporting supplier registration, onboarding, and segmentation based on criticality and impact. You will develop and maintain supplier performance scorecards, track KPIs, and conduct performance analysis. Responsibilities also include supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), managing supplier communications, and facilitating governance forums.

Operational support includes tracking and resolving supplier-related issues, ensuring supply continuity, and monitoring supply risks. You will also drive cost optimization initiatives, value engineering, and process improvement programs. Continuous improvement is key, involving tracking supplier innovation and promoting supplier development programs.

Furthermore, you will ensure adherence to procurement policies, maintain accurate supplier records, and track SRM KPIs. Developing performance dashboards and reporting packs is essential, providing insights for decision-making. Leveraging ERP systems and performance tracking tools for data accuracy and automation of reporting processes is also a core part of this role.

We are looking for candidates with 4-5 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, and supplier lifecycle management. Strong exposure to global procurement environments, particularly in MedTech, Pharma, or FMCG/CPG sectors, is highly desirable.

Experience supporting local/regional sourcing or plant procurement activities, along with cross-functional coordination in global operating models or CoEs, is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, B. Com, BBA, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field is required.

Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Ariba, or Oracle, and analytics tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is necessary. Understanding of supplier dependencies, sourcing dynamics, and experience with supplier performance dashboards and tracking tools are also key requirements for this position.
