Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Director, specializing in SAP CO. You will be instrumental in leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling transformation programs for global clients. This role requires deep expertise in SAP CO and a strategic approach to driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology.

As a senior functional leader, you will guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure end-to-end delivery of complex SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. Your work will involve shaping SAP CO solution architecture, ensuring scalability, standardization, and alignment with best practices. We are looking for a seasoned professional to provide strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

Lead global SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling transformation programs, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery. Serve as a senior SAP CO subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance on complex Controlling requirements. Own SAP CO solution architecture, ensuring scalable, standardized, and integrated solutions. Drive global template design, fit-to-standard workshops, localization, testing, and post-go-live stabilization. Manage program delivery, overseeing scope, timelines, quality, risks, and resources. Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CFOs and CIOs. Support pre-sales and business development activities, including RFP responses and proposal development.

A minimum of 15 years of overall SAP experience is essential, with extensive expertise in SAP CO/Controlling and SAP S/4HANA Finance. Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations and global Finance transformation programs is required.

Possess deep functional knowledge across key SAP CO areas such as Product Costing, CO-PA, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Material Ledger. A strong understanding of SAP FI-CO integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS) and SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture, including the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), is critical.

Demonstrated experience with SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard, Global Template, and Clean Core approaches is necessary. You should have proven capabilities in solution architecture, program governance, delivery management, and stakeholder management. Experience in client engagement, executive communication, consulting, and strategic advisory is also key.
