Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team in Bangalore as a Payment Terms Adherence Reporting Consultant. This role is pivotal in establishing a global capability to enhance visibility, governance, and compliance concerning supplier payment terms across various business units. Your efforts will directly contribute to better cash flow management and informed supplier negotiations by ensuring adherence to contractual agreements.

This position operates at the nexus of Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), and Analytics, leveraging contract expertise, financial process knowledge, and data analytics skills. You will monitor compliance, pinpoint deviations, and drive necessary corrective actions to optimize financial operations.

Support the creation and ongoing operation of a global capability focused on supplier payment terms adherence. Ensure compliance with contractual payment terms across all global business units. Drive improvements in cash flow discipline and facilitate data-driven supplier negotiations. Monitor compliance, identify deviations from payment terms, and initiate corrective actions. Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Analytics teams to achieve objectives.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in analytics, procurement operations, or finance/AP reporting is required. Familiarity with global pharmaceutical, MedTech, or consumer goods organizations is beneficial. Exposure to multi-business unit or global operating models and P2P processes is expected. Proficiency in the MS Office suite and enterprise procurement systems is essential. Experience working with global stakeholders across various business units and cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Procurement) is crucial. Basic familiarity with automation and AI-enabled contract analysis tools is a plus. Any Bachelor's degree is required; certifications in Data Analytics, Finance, or Procurement are preferred.
