Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a key player in RFP Support and Supplier Outreach. This role is integral to driving functional excellence, innovation, and long-term growth through strategic procurement initiatives. You will be instrumental in managing the entire RFP lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final award support, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our sourcing processes.

This position offers a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact our ability to secure optimal supplier partnerships and achieve significant cost savings. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies and ensure compliance with global procurement policies.

Manage end-to-end RFP preparation and strategy, including requirement intake, scope discussions, and market intelligence gathering.

Draft, customize, and issue RFPs using standard templates and sourcing platforms, defining clear evaluation frameworks.

Design and execute comprehensive supplier outreach strategies, ensuring broad and effective coverage across categories and regions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for bidders, managing queries, tracking submissions, and coordinating addendums.

Support bid evaluation, TCO analysis, and prepare award recommendation documentation, ensuring strong governance and compliance.

Maintain contract clause libraries, drive template standardization, and manage version control for audit-ready documentation.

Ensure RFP processes adhere to global procurement policies and regulatory requirements, reporting on performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

We are seeking candidates with 4-5 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or RFx execution, preferably within global procurement environments such as MedTech, Pharma, or FMCG/CPG.

Proven expertise in the full RFQ/RFP lifecycle management, a strong understanding of S2C and strategic sourcing processes, and familiarity with sourcing tools are essential.

Candidates should demonstrate advanced knowledge of procurement processes and applications, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Experience with global stakeholders, multiple business units, and a CoE structure is highly valued. Basic familiarity with automation and AI-driven contract analysis tools is a plus.
