Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Digital & Market (DM) specialist, focusing on RFP Support and Supplier Outreach.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving functional excellence and fostering innovation within enterprise technology. Your contributions will directly enable the company's long-term growth by enhancing our procurement and sourcing capabilities.

Manage the entire RFP lifecycle, from requirement intake and market intelligence gathering to documentation drafting and supplier outreach.

Coordinate bid submissions, supplier queries, and evaluation processes. You will also maintain contract templates, ensure governance and compliance, and report on key procurement metrics.

Leverage digital procurement tools and automation to drive process standardization and continuous improvement, aiming for touchless RFx execution and enhanced supplier experiences.

We seek a candidate with 4-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or sourcing, ideally within global environments such as MedTech, Pharma, FMCG, or CPG.

Proven expertise in RFQ/RFP lifecycle management, sourcing tools, and strategic sourcing processes is essential. Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills are required, along with advanced knowledge of procurement processes and applications.

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Management Studies is mandatory. Familiarity with automation and AI-driven contract analysis tools is a plus. Certification in Procurement/Sourcing (CIPS, CPSM) is desirable.
