As an ETL Tester, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust ETL testing strategies, focusing on data validation, reconciliation, and data warehouse integrity. You will develop complex SQL queries for large-scale data validation and performance tuning, while meticulously analyzing ETL workflows and data models to pinpoint risks and inconsistencies. Your role involves leading ETL testing efforts across diverse systems, ensuring seamless source-to-target data flow, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting issue resolution. You will also review test cases and SQL scripts, ensuring adherence to established standards, and mentor team members in advanced ETL testing and SQL optimization techniques. Effective collaboration with stakeholders to align data validation with reporting and analytics needs is crucial.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in ETL testing. Essential skills include strong proficiency in ETL Testing, SSIS, and MS SQL. You should possess the ability to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including data validation, reconciliation, and data warehouse testing. Developing complex SQL queries for data validation and performance tuning is a key requirement. The role demands the capacity to analyze ETL workflows and data models to identify risks. Experience in leading ETL testing efforts, owning source-to-target validation, performing root cause analysis, and supporting resolution is expected.
