Seeking a motivated QA/Test Engineer with strong expertise in ETL testing and SQL-based data validation. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy of end-to-end data flows, business logic, transformations, and reconciliation processes across various source systems and SPM platforms.

- Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. - Review source-to-target mappings and transformation logic. - Execute various load testing types (full, incremental, delta, historical). - Validate transactions including insert, update, delete, cancel, and effective-dated entries. - Ensure accurate data movement across source, staging, warehouse, and target systems. - Write SQL queries for backend validation and perform table, column, and record-level validations. - Conduct data reconciliation between source and target systems, investigating anomalies and missing records. - Execute data quality checks, identify defects proactively, and log/track them through the testing lifecycle. - Participate in defect triage meetings and collaborate with Development, ETL, Product, and Business teams for issue resolution. - Prepare test evidence and support release sign-off activities.

Proven experience as a QA/Test Engineer with a focus on ETL testing. Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Experience with data reconciliation and anomaly investigation. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools is beneficial.
