This role involves hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing. You will be responsible for advanced SQL development using Teradata, Oracle, or SQL Server. A strong understanding of Data Warehousing Concepts is essential. Expertise in ETL tools, specifically Ab Initio, is a primary requirement.

You will also utilize Unix Commands, Shell Scripting, or alternative scripting languages like Python. Proficiency in Testing Concepts, Analytical Skills, and relevant Domain Knowledge is expected. While Automation and AWS Expertise are considered nice-to-haves, a solid foundation in core ETL and testing practices is mandatory.

We are seeking an experienced engineer with approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses advanced proficiency in SQL (Teradata/Oracle/SQL Server) and a deep understanding of Data Warehousing Concepts. Hands-on experience with Ab Initio for ETL processes is a must.

Essential skills include expertise in Unix Commands, Shell Scripting, or Python for scripting. You should also be well-versed in Testing Concepts, possess strong Analytical Skills, and have relevant Domain Knowledge. Prior experience in Manual and Automation testing is required. Experience with Cards and/or working at Barclays is a plus.
