Manage and oversee the POSH Office and Internal Committee (IC), ensuring strict adherence to the POSH Act, internal policies, and governance standards. Track and implement legal updates and policy changes, maintaining accurate documentation for audit readiness. Lead the confidential and sensitive handling of POSH complaints, coordinating investigation panels for fair and timely resolutions. Drive comprehensive POSH training programs across all employee levels and monitor their effectiveness. Collaborate closely with HR, Legal, leadership, and external IC members, providing expert guidance on compliance matters and managing escalations solution-orientedly. Deliver insightful leadership reporting through dashboards and trend analysis, and maintain updated intranet resources.

A proactive governance mindset, strong accountability, and sound judgment are essential for this role. Demonstrated experience in managing POSH frameworks and GRC initiatives is required. Proven ability to handle sensitive investigations with confidentiality and lead cross-functional teams. Familiarity with statutory and regulatory requirements related to workplace compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for effective collaboration. Experience in delivering training programs and updating compliance-related content is a plus.
