Key responsibilities include developing and executing global vulnerability management compliance plans for Enterprise Technology, driving remediation and exception processes with data-driven insights. You will ensure compliance with established SLAs and security policies, maintaining a strong governance framework through regular reviews with leadership. This role involves partnering with Infosec to enforce policies, establishing control frameworks, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of vulnerabilities. Collaboration with product groups, Infosec, and stakeholders is crucial for critical vulnerability response and reporting.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Engineering is required, alongside 8-10 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery. Essential skills include in-depth understanding of industry GRAC and vulnerability management standards, strong knowledge of risk domains like Operations Risk Management and Cyber Risks, and good working knowledge of IT Operations. You should be adept at managing key stakeholder relationships, working with minimal direction, and possess strong project management and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and reporting skills are vital for success in this collaborative environment.
