As an Enterprise Technology (ET) Stay-In-Compliance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing vulnerability management and risk mitigation for ET functions. This position is vital for ensuring our clients' technology solutions are secure and compliant, leveraging EY's significant investment in technology and innovation. You'll be at the forefront of integrating technology into EY's services, driving sustainable growth and creating new value.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing global vulnerability management compliance plans, driving remediation for identified vulnerabilities, and ensuring adherence to security policies and SLAs. You will establish a governance framework for regular leadership reviews, partner with Infosec and stakeholders to enforce policies, and manage the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with global teams, product managers, and support teams, including those in data-restricted countries, to address and mitigate risks effectively.

To excel in this role, you need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Engineering, coupled with 10-12 years of relevant experience in service delivery. Essential skills include strong stakeholder management, in-depth understanding of GRAC and vulnerability management standards, IT operations, and risk domains like IT security and cyber risks. The ability to work independently, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and facilitation abilities are crucial for success.
